Side Entry Workshops

If working on your car, truck, dirt bike or UTV is getting too frustrating trying to maneuver between all the other items taking up space in your home garage, please consider a maintenance-free metal workshop from SunWise Solutions. 

Side access workshops offer an affordable solution for customers needing several bays. By making the unit longer instead of wider it is generally much more cost effective. 

Workshops can range in size from 10'x10' to 100'x1000'. For units less than 31' in width, the leg height can go up to 20'. Units greater than 30' in width can have up to 25' legs (see our section on Wide Span Units). All roof options are available for your workshop. However, as with all fully enclosed units, we highly recommend an A-Frame vertical roof to help shed the elements and prevent any leaks in the future.

Now you need to be able to get those precious vehicles and tools into your beautiful new unit. Our roll-up doors are a great solution for that and range in size from 6’x6’ to 14’x14’. The roll-up doors come in white but can be ordered in a variety of brilliant colors for an additional cost.  You can view our RUD color chart on our Home Page or by clicking the link below. Keep in mind that you will need an additional 1' of clearance for RUD's up to 10'x10' and 2' of additional clearance for RUD's larger than 10'x10'. Overhead doors, like the kind found on most residential homes, are also available for an additional cost. Although not as many color choices as with the RUDs, OHDs can be color customized as follows - Almond, Desert Tan, Sandstone, and Brown for an additional charge. Overhead doors come standard uninsulated but can be purchased fully insulated as well. Overhead doors are often the choice for customers that are fully insulating their unit or may want to install an automatic garage door opener (not available though SWS).
