Side Entry Garages

Our metal buildings are an extremely affordable way to protect your valuables from all the elements; sun, rain, wind or snow, we have you covered. Side access garages are a great way to get multiple garage doors on a unit without incurring the additional cost of a wide span (31' or wider). Due to the fact that we essentially have no limit on how long our units are built, We can build a unit long enough to accommodate as many vehicles as you have!  

Our roll-up doors range in size from 6’x6’ to 14’x14’. The roll-up doors come in white but can be ordered in a variety of brilliant colors for an additional cost. The color chart is available to view on our Home Page or by clicking the link below. Overhead doors, like the kind found on most residential homes, are also available for an additional cost. Overhead doors are often the choice for customers that are fully insulating their unit or may want to install an automatic garage door opener (not available though SWS).  

Wainscoting is another popular cosmetic option to add a a little pizazz to the unit. Wainscoting is a different color running along the bottom 3' of the building. There is no additional charge for wainscoting on units with horizontal siding.

Garages can be built to suit your needs ranging from 12’x20’ to 30’x1000’ (or longer) with leg height up to 20’! Any roof style can be purchased for enclosed garages but the A-frame vertical is by far the most popular choice due to its ability to shed the rain and snow much more effectively, greatly reducing the risk of leaks in the future. Just as with our carports, these units can be installed on any  solid surface as long as it’s flat.
